How to Get Started

1. Book an Appointment with Me
   To begin your journey to owning a one-of-a-kind piece of jewellery, reach out to me at natashavisser@gmail.com to schedule an appointment. If you're not located in Glasgow, don't worry; we can arrange a video or telephone consultation. During our initial conversation, we'll discuss your design ideas, budget, delivery times, and any additional details required to bring your bespoke jewellery to life.

2. Finalizing the Design
   After our initial consultation, I'll start sketching out potential design ideas based on your preferences. You'll have the opportunity to review these sketches and collaborate with me to refine them until you're completely satisfied with the design. If you'd like, we can also document the entire making process, providing you with photos that detail the journey of your jewellery's creation.

3. The Financial Aspect
   To confirm your order and begin crafting your bespoke jewellery or customized piece, I require a 50% deposit. This deposit acts as your commitment to purchase the jewellery, and once it's paid, the order cannot be canceled. The remaining 50% will need to be paid in full before I can dispatch or hand over your order. I offer convenient payment options, including bank transfer or a personal Shopify link.

4. Timeframe for Completion
   The timeframe for completing your bespoke jewellery piece typically falls within 4-6 weeks. However, during busier times, such as the holiday season, completion times may be extended. I recommend getting in touch with me well in advance to ensure your piece is ready when you need it.

5. International Commissions
